Q: How do I book a service?
A: Visit our Services page, select your service, complete
the intake form, and submit payment. Your project is
not scheduled until both are received and confirmed.
Q: How long does a project take?
A: Standard turnaround is 8–10 business days from the
date your completed intake form and payment are both
confirmed. Drafts are delivered Mondays and Wednesdays.
Q: Do you offer rush services?
A: Rush services may be available depending on current
availability. Email us to inquire before booking.
Q: Can I get a refund?
A: All sales are final. Please read our full Refund Policy
before booking.
Q: What if I have changes after receiving my draft?
A: Every package includes 3 rounds of revisions. All
revision requests must be submitted in a single
consolidated email within 24–48 business hours
of receiving your draft.
Q: Do you work with clients outside the US?
A: Yes. Aijalon Create works with clients worldwide.
All communication and file delivery is handled
digitally via email.
Q: How will I receive my completed files?
A: All final files are delivered digitally via email
once payment is received in full.
Q: I emailed you — when will I hear back?
A: Within 24–48 business hours Monday–Friday. Please
do not send follow-up emails before that window
has passed.
