The first payment is completed through our website, followed by monthly invoices. You may cancel whenever you choose. After submitting your initial form, please send all monthly graphic materials to contact@aijaloncreate.com.

Design Process (Please Read Before Booking)
To ensure a smooth creative process, please follow the steps below:
1. Complete the client form
After purchase, click on the Client Order Form found on the website or in your email confirmation. Fill out the form carefully and thoroughly.
2. Submit Required Materials
Send all required information to: Contact@aijaloncreate.com
- All text must be typed (not screenshots)and fully proofread.
- All images must be high-quality, professional photos only (no blurry or pixelated files).
3. Form Review (72 Hours)
Please allow up to 72 business hours for your form to be reviewed.
You’ll receive one of the following:
• A confirmation email that your order is approved and in process
• An email requesting more info and a link to schedule a Zoom call if needed
4. Design Begins After Approval
Your project will not begin until all required materials are submitted and approved.
Reminder: Missing or incorrect information can delay your project. Help me serve you better by being detailed and clear from the start!
IMPORTANT
All content must be typed; screenshots are not accepted. High-resolution images are required for optimal design quality. The design process begins upon receipt of all completed materials.
REVISION
Three complimentary revisions are included in your purchase (font, color, or placement adjustments). Additional revisions are available at a rate of $20 per revision.
