SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
Aijalon Create — Brand & Graphic Design Studio
Effective Date: January 1, 2025
Aijalon Create is a digital service-based business. We do not ship physical products.
All deliverables are provided digitally. Please read below to understand how and when
you will receive your completed files.
01 · DIGITAL DELIVERY
All completed design files are delivered digitally via email. No physical products
will be shipped. Upon completion of your project, your final files will be sent
to the email address provided on your intake form.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your email address is entered correctly
on your intake form. Aijalon Create is not responsible for files sent to an
incorrect email address provided by the client.
02 · DELIVERY TIMELINE
- Standard turnaround time is 8–10 business days from the date your intake
form and payment are both received and confirmed.
- Drafts are delivered on Mondays and Wednesdays.
- Your turnaround time does not begin until both your completed intake form
and your payment have been received and confirmed.
- Business days are Monday–Friday, 10AM–7PM. Weekends and holidays are
not included in turnaround time.
- Rush delivery may be available upon request and is subject to additional
fees and availability. Contact us before booking to inquire.
03 · FILE FORMATS
Final files are delivered in the format(s) specified on your intake form
or as agreed upon during the project. Standard file formats include:
- PNG — for digital use, social media, and web
- JPG — for digital use and photography-based designs
- PDF — for print-ready files and documents
- SVG — for scalable vector files (logos and icons)
- All formats — available upon request for brand packages
If you require a specific file format not listed above, please note this
on your intake form before your project begins. Additional formats
requested after delivery may incur an additional fee.
04 · FILE RELEASE
Final files will not be released until payment has been received and
confirmed in full. This applies to all services including:
- Logo and brand identity packages
- Graphic design projects
- Website design files
- Marketing campaign materials
- Monthly retainer deliverables
Partial payments do not qualify for file release. All outstanding
balances must be settled before any files are delivered.
05 · DIGITAL DOWNLOADS
For digital products purchased directly through our Shopify store
(templates, guides, and downloadable files):
- Downloads are available immediately upon payment confirmation.
- A download link will be sent to your email address at checkout.
- Download links expire after 48 hours. If your link expires before
downloading, please contact us at hello@aijaloncreate.com to
request a new link.
- Aijalon Create is not responsible for files that are lost, deleted,
or corrupted after delivery. Please save your files to a secure
location immediately upon receipt.
- All digital downloads are non-refundable once purchased.

06 · FILE STORAGE & RESPONSIBILITY
Once your files have been delivered, it is your sole responsibility
to save and back them up securely. Aijalon Create stores project
files for a maximum of 30 days after delivery.
- File re-delivery requests made within 30 days of delivery are
available at no charge.
- File re-delivery requests made after 30 days may be subject to
a $25 file retrieval fee depending on availability.
- Aijalon Create is not responsible for files lost due to email
provider issues, storage failures, or client error after delivery.
07 · PRINT SERVICES
Aijalon Create provides design files only. We do not manage,
arrange, or guarantee any printing services. If you choose to
print your designs through a third-party vendor:
- Aijalon Create is not responsible for color variations between
digital files and printed results.
- Aijalon Create is not responsible for print quality, errors,
or delays caused by third-party printing vendors.
- It is the client's responsibility to ensure files meet the
printer's specifications before submitting for print.
- Print-ready PDF files are available upon request.
