STEP 2 — SUBMIT YOUR INTAKE FORM Complete your service intake form in full. All content— including text, dates, pricing, and any details to appear in your design — must be typed out completely.Screenshots and voice notes are not accepted.
STEP 3 — SUBMIT PAYMENT Payment must be received and confirmed before your project is scheduled. Your spot is not held untilpayment is confirmed.
STEP 4 — RECEIVE CONFIRMATION
You will receive a confirmation email within 24–48 business hours confirming your project has been scheduled and is in the queue.
STEP 5 — RECEIVE YOUR DRAFT Your first draft will be delivered to your email on a Monday or Wednesday within your turnaround window.
STEP 6 — REVIEW & REQUEST REVISIONS Review your draft carefully and submit all revision notes in a single consolidated email within 24–48business hours of receiving your draft.
STEP 7 — APPROVE & RECEIVE FINAL FILES Once your design is approved, your final files are delivered to your email. Files are released onlyafter payment is confirmed in full.

TURNAROUND TIME
Standard turnaround is 8–10 business days from the date your completed intake form and payment are both received and confirmed.

All drafts are delivered on Mondays and Wednesdays only.

Weekends and holidays are not included in turnaround time.

PLEASE NOTE- Your turnaround clock does not begin until both your intake form and payment are received and confirmed.
- Delays caused by late content submission, slow client responses, or incomplete intake forms are not the responsibility of Aijalon Create and will extend your turnaround time accordingly
.- Drafts are not delivered on weekends or holidays.
FILE DELIVERY
All final files are delivered digitally via email to the address provided on your intake form. Aijalon Create does not ship physical products.

These will be treated as a new project and
invoiced separately.
